Guys, during this corona lock down, its important to know that inactivity can worsen already pre existing health conditions.Being indoors and cut out from our regular daily routine can leave us bored and reaching for the fridge more often than we used to do.
I want to encourage us to stay active be doing some exercises indoors. There are tons of mins full body workout we can grab online and use. While at it, pls remember to stay safe, wash you hands regularly esp after going outdoors or exchanging things with people ie cash, goods etc and do not forget to practice safe distancing
